Worked with Dr. Ramakanta Panda as a Surgical Assistant at Asian Heart Hospital BKC (Dr. Panda has performed heart surgery on Dr Manmohan Singh, Ex-Prime Minister, Mr Lalu Prasad Yadav, Ex-Chief minister Bihar and other VIPs).
Worked as a surgical assistant in Cardiac Operation Theatre at Platinum Heart Institute, Mulund and Dombivli.
Worked as a Medical Officer in Cardiac ICU at Chhatrapati Shivaji Government Hospital, Kalwa.
Worked as Medical Officer at Wockhardt Foundation Fort in Mumbai.

Dr. Karan Sharma has a wide range of experience in the field of medicine he has done his BHMS from Maharashtra University of health Sciences and passed out in 2008. Then he pursued Post Graduate Diploma in Emergency Medicine from the prestigious Hinduja Hospital Mumbai. Worked as an Assistant to Dr Ramakanta Panda at Asian Heart Institute BKC Mumbai. Dr Ramakanta Panda has operated Dr Manmohan Singh the EX Prime Minister of India for Heart Bypass Surgery. He has also worked as a medical officer at Jupiter Hospital Thane and as an ICU RMO at Kalwa Government Hospital.

- Attended international conference on emergency medicine EMCON (Emergency Medicine Conference) at Salem in Tamil Nadu in 2008. (Earned it as a scholarship from LIHS & Hinduja Hospital for good performance at the internal exams.)
